Silver Volume C includes 36 different emulations from a vintage dual stereo reverb/effects processor under the name/category MOD200.
This Mod200 emulation recreates a vintage dual stereo reverb/effects processor under the name/category MOD200.
The
original hardware was released between 1982 and 1985, and although it
was only in production for a few years, this reverb found a home in
many recording studios. Its rich, detailed sound made it many
engineers’ a secret weapon. This unit is considered to be a hidden
gem, and those who are lucky enough to find one for sale will rarely
part with it.
The effect offered by the Mod200 reverb plugin is deep and lush; it sits nicely in the mix, and emulates the highly coveted reverb algorithms of the original unit. Even the most discerning engineers and producerswill find the plugin version identical to the sound of the original in an A/B listening test.
