Diamond Dynamic Saturator’s is most effective when used for drum and stereo bus processing, and was inspired by Luca Pretolesi’s work on Drake’s “Massive,” and Diplo and Miguel’s “Don’t Forget My Love”.

In Pretolesi’s own words:

"Dynamic Saturator was the final piece of the puzzle in the Diamond series of plugins. We've done EQ, we did compression limiting, and the next step was to apply our knowledge and technology to saturation."

"Dynamic Saturator was heavily inspired by working on Drake's album Honestly, Nevermind. While mixing the album we used a lot of analog saturation on the drum bus and the stereo bus; by using the sounds we got from the hardware and custom gear from those sessions, we were able to create the plugin version."

Looking for true-to-life analog color and saturation? Say hello to the Diamond Mix Saturator.

Our newest product joins our popular Diamond Dynamic Saturator to form a suite of two separate plugins. Get your hands on both of these powerful tools at once!

• Diamond Dynamic Saturator
• Diamond Mix Saturator

We wanted to offer our loyal customers a static version of the popular Dynamic Saturator that was specifically designed for mixing purposes. This simplified version of the plugin will help facilitate your workflow by allowing you to enjoy the same saturation as provided by its bigger brother, in just a few simple strokes.

The unique effect of adding saturation and harmonic distortion to either a single audio track or to the entire the mix gives the sound a special warmth and flavor that only magnetic tape, physical valves and transformers could add. (That is, until now!)

With this new Saturator plugin, you can immerse yourself in the mysterious world of analog saturation, ranging from delicate to extreme. It makes both instruments and vocals sound huge and full, helping them to cut through your mixes with just a few clicks.

We promise that you’ve never heard anything quite like it.
