it seems clients were frauded by other "clients" with hacked paypal accounts
We are actually protecting future clients suspending the transfer policy, so it is impossible to buy illegal copies from fraud clients.

we suspended them, they will be allowed again when possible
It is a cautelative move: paypal reverted a couple of sells coming from april.
Better if we let them investigate on their matter

it was asked on kvraudio and not here.
I'll post here too:

if a client uses an hacked paypal account - or a stolen credit card, the example is the same - then paypal reverts it. Meanwhile if this client sold the license, the new one will LOOSE it accordingly.
We could also not delete products for first few cases, but till we dont stop this cycle, sooner or later clients will start loosing products. So till paypal will not compete the check on THEIR hacked accounts we'll block transfers.

on next days we'll setup this new workflow:

seller
- we allow license transfer at a low fee, around 10 eur
- the license transfer price is increased by the amount of discounts he received from acustica for buying that particular item (presale discount + personal discount); that way we prevent illegal reseller, and we have a license fee fair in terms of paid price

buyer
- it's their responsability to understand if the seller is a good one. If there are frauds he will loose the item

for people asking to me: this is the general rule which is covering the worst case. In general when requested we'll try to not apply the coupon compensation. General rule is for preventing a misuse of the thing. I think our "normal" customers - who are not trying to get a business from the selling of coupons - will transfer with the 10 eur fee.

Starting from now: send an email to licensing@acusticaudio.net for more details.

They will answer slowly but they do it!

Update:

1)
I see there are posts cluttering the board, please use proper market places for selling acqua, not this board. This is for acqua, this is for 3rd party libraries. This forum is not a marketplace.

2)
contact our email address in order to check the transfer fee. If you received an educational license you cannot sell. If you received an NFR you cannot sell. If you had personal discounts or vaucher they should be included in the transfer fee.
