Isn't Yellow the first native n4 library?

yes, but it is a "skinned" nebula3 library for n4. Basically it relied on the old format (but you need n4 cause the tech requirements). On the other side, violet is NOT only a skinned nebula3 library BUT also the first native n4 library. It will be available as a sort of acqua plugin, but it runs in n4 only.

We are moving in this direction because soon other 3rd party developers will release things specifically aimed to n4.

I was been waiting for this one forever. But... I hoped Acustica would rather sample the mastering unit which has an internal sc filter that makes things a whole lot different. I never used the unit without that. It gives you a thick, big sound.

I hope they sampled the output gain, which is very colored and not your regular make-up gain. Just 2-3 dBs give you a very creamy/tubey sound.

this is a nebula library, it sounds incredibly good and it is not meant to be a replica. Possibly we'll release an acqua version later, taking in account all subtle things.
The most important feature, it seems "invisible", but it glues the sound perfectly
It's really a step forward in compression.
