Legacy and Obsolete products.
End of Life [EOL] of products in the Nebula range.
Several products currently in 'legacy' state will soon become 'obsolete' due to the product reaching its EOL.
- For obsolete products, Acustica Audio's help-desk service will not provide any technical support neither additional licenses. Product transfers and cross-grades to a newer product will not be possible for obsolete products.
- For legacy products, Acustica Audio's help-desk service will not provide any technical support. However additional licenses will still be delivered within 30 working days maximum. Product transfer will still be possible for products classified as 'legacy'.
In addition, our help-desk service does not offer any support for possible issues, potential crashes, cross plug-in conflicts, or general compatibility problems caused by any libraries produced by all those third parties who are not officially licensed by Acustica Audio.
As already mentioned above, Acustica's help-desk service might still provide product licenses for software classified as 'legacy', however, we cannot guarantee the fully working functionality of such software if it is not used in conjunction with the target operating system for which it was originally developed.
Obsolete products: Nebula2 and Nebula3.
Legacy products: Nebula3 Pro and Nebula3 Server.
